The Practice of Joy is a celebration of choosing my own path. It was about slowing down enough to feel into my body and creating time to simply be, without the constant need to produce or perform. It was also about letting go of external pressure and imposed timeframes.

Inspired by my garden, the way light shifts quietly through the day, the way growth happens naturally. These five small works invite you to come closer and enjoy the simple things.
