These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for the use of this website and the purchase of artworks, prints, and services offered through jasminenicoleart.com.

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Artwork & Print Policy

All artworks and fine art prints are created and offered through Jasmine Nicole’s independent art practice.

Fine art prints are produced using archival giclée printing and are printed to order, because prints are produced specifically for each order, returns and refunds are not offered once an order has been processed. Printing and preparation can take up to one week before the artwork is dispatched.

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces created by Jasmine Nicole. All artworks are carefully photographed and described to represent them as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Because each original artwork is unique, returns and refunds are not offered once an order has been processed and shipped.

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact Jasmine Nicole within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the artwork and packaging so an insurance claim can be arranged.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on Mondays and Thursdays. This allows time for thoughtful preparation and careful handling of each order. Orders may be cancelled at any time before the next processing day. Once an order has been processed and production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping

Shipping and insurance are included in the purchase price. All artworks and prints are shipped through Australia Post with insurance coverage. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Jasmine Nicole within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damage and packaging. Because all shipments are insured, a replacement or insurance claim will be arranged where applicable.

Creative Mirror Sessions

Creative Mirror sessions are private studio sessions booked in advance.

• Full refunds are available within 48 hours of booking.
• After 48 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

If illness or an unexpected circumstance arises, please reach out as soon as possible and the session can be rescheduled to another available date.

To maintain fairness and protect studio time, sessions may be rescheduled once. Additional changes may require a new booking.

If Jasmine Nicole needs to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a new session time will be arranged as soon as possible, or a full refund will be offered if no suitable time can be found.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Jasmine Nicole. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
